dash wiring series 3 diesel.......

Trying to get my dash wiring sorted but its proving to be difficult! does anyone have any photos of the back of the fuse box, i have followed the wiring diagram but im not convinced what i have is correct.

also my new loom has a string of 'earths' are these meant to be attached to both the dials in the dash?

here a pic of my wiring, i ripped the whole lot out and started again.

there in the DURITE catalogue, about £15 each, just the job.
i have brought all the earths off everything back to the cab so i dont get any 'bad earths'.
