Changing bushes

Couldn't figure out how you use this method to get them out so just cut the old ones out. But this method really worked well for putting the new ones in, top tip thanks Mike.
Oh and here is my saying, quite similar to yours

Sorry guys but I've been away for a week.
I use a small fastener company.
Teeside Industrial Fasteners. I was in there the other week and a guy is getting some screwed rod. Someting like 3/4" stuff. He had a few rods in his hand.
I asked him in passing about the rod.
I use it for replacing spring and suspension bushes he told me.
So even in a HGV workshop they still use that method.
Fanny's my mothers sister :twisted:
