<< < (2/3) > >>

scouse lanny:
if u havent already got them i would go for as long as poss cos i put 2 inch extra shocks on mine thought they were alrite now i have 5+ shocks now u can see the difference    just wish i would of put them on in the fitrst place get loads of travel now where i would get stuck in rutts or crossing them just waltzs off them now great   but there is alot of different bits to put on to make it work properly

bullfrog:
I would reccomend if fitting the +5"s to fit decent length cones, check straps (I dont care who makes the shock, for what straps cost they do save shocks) and an A-frame spacer as with the droop travel you will have you will find the A- frame can bind against the axle. With a lift this also allows the diff nose angle to be returned.
Mine has 2 sets of holes for standard and lifted (upto +5" lift)

Range Rover Blues:
I keep fitting ProComp. I can't see why anyone would want to pay 3 times as much for the same thing :?

BTW, do any of you find that with a rear shock more than plus 2" it bottoms out before the axle hits the bump stops?
