Anyone have a Renault (A to P reg) with IR central lockign thats pooched?

Seen several go tits up cos of water?  Clios were common for a leak around the aerial that drowned the plip sensor type thing in the roof.  Might be worth a try!

more curious to know how many people have dead ones :) Worked out how to recode the suckers just trying to see if its worth:

A Reconditionining and recoding them as a replacement service
B Re-engineeering the things
