Where can I get an Owners Manual?

(1/3) > >>

gords:
I finally got my Discovery today (it's been a whole week!) and it didn't come with an owner manual.

I'm sure I can figure most stuff out, but it would be nice to have one - anyone know if they can still be obtained? (1994 300 TDi)

Also, I would like to get a decent workshop manual. Are Haynes ones any good or do Land Rover (or someone) produce a good one?

Cheers,

Gordon

Xtremeteam:
i could get you a spot on copy of the correct landrover 1 if you email me if your interested

gords:
I would prefer to get an original if possible, but I'll keep your offer in mind.

Actually, are you offering a copy of the owners manual or the workshop manual?

Benji:
Im sure your local Landy main dealer with have access to handbooks. If not try a breakers, there are several in the back of the mags that specailise in 4X4's so theres always a chance they could get one.

I bought a Discovery workshop manual a little while ago, the genuine Land Rover version at £50 but it turned out to be a proper workshop manual for garages, so unless your a mechanic don't go for that one!

Ive got a haynes manual which has its faults but i find it fine for day to day DIY maintanence.

Don't forget those oil changes!!!

Xtremeteam:
its actually a copy of the workshop manual which when compared to an original the only thing that is different is the front cover.
