How many people have made their own bumpers?

I know a few on here have made their own heavy duty / winch bumpers.  Anyone point me in the direction of pics for inspiration?  A mate is looking to do one for his range rover classic and I am thinking that doing 2 isnt that much more work than doing one.... :D

I did

bought a kit from southdown and welded it the way i wanted it - put the winch tray as hi and as far back as i could get away with.

its a tapered one - see my later galleries for it.

Hello made mine and two others  was well worth end product as could not afford to buy  look in my gallery for pictures it fits very close to original depth  :)  :)

Heres two of them took about two days after work to make 1 and then paint the winch tray is a pre made and then altered we then made  patterns from this with mdf and away i went with metal a welder and grinder very pleased with end result
