A family run business, friendly, polite and very willing to go the extra mile - I was having trouble finding a MOT place that would test my 110, as its GVW is 3500kgs, all the garages I'd tried previously said that it needed to have a Class 7 test. I already knew that the regs were vague, and VOSA said that it could be tested as Class 4 - Howe's did some digging, read up on the regs and the truck passed with (almost) flying colours first thing this morning.
