What AT Tyres.......?

(1/2) > >>

Boggert:
I'm now looking to replace my 235/60/16 road tyres and want to fit some AT's, These tyres are going to be on all year round.

However choice in that size is not so good, there are lots of 225/70/16 around but not 235's

So far it is.....

Colway 235/60/16 AT..... Not bad but they are remolds, however I have only heard good things about the AT's they produce.

I have also been recommended Yokohama G011's they seem good, but I do not know a lot about them, plus they are pricey.

It have been suggested I replace them with 225/70/16 but do not really want to change the profile if it can be helped.

The car they are fitting to is a 2005 Suzuki GV.
If anyone know any good tyre suppliers that would be of help.

Thanks all.

Colways are great for the price you cant go wrong.....

But if your thinking of treating your 4x4 to a nice set of shiny Black brouges
yokohama Geolanders..
or
Goodyear Wranglers......Would be a real treat....used them both..Goodyears from memory are a little tame'er.

But you would be surprised how good and quiet the Goodyear Wrangler MT are.. worth a look

Have general Grabber AT2's on The Rabbit supplied by D4x4 and she has yet to get stuck. Not bad for on road too given she gets thrown about a bit when I forget i'm not in the Audi :)

You'll always regret buying AT's.

When yr sliding about stuck, and MT shod trucks are tooling past you, you'll think 'I wish I bought MT's'

Personally, I cant see the point in AT's, theyre a bit like a blunt knife, they do more harm than good.

What you need is a nice big set of Grizzlys, who needs a comfortable ride when you can go anywhere!
