If it's the toe rag, take great pleasure every time you see him of saying in the friendliest voice you have... "morning/afternoon/evening..."

Just let's him know you've clocked him... you cam be seen to be the "big brother" and be watching!   :D

Range Rover Blues:
Shame there wasn't one about when the TESCo van hit my mirror, I'd only just replaced it after the last t!t took it off.  That was back on June and I'm still chasing them for the cost of replacement.

Just go and remove goods to the value of mirror.
Make the local papers aware of what your doing and get them to send a reporter/photographer along
