--- Quote from: "Mort" ---Can't answer your question Asylum - the figures do seem to contadict. You might try getting in touch with Micheldever tyres, who are down your way, to see if they have any that you can actually measure.
On a separate topic, have you got the R&Ps fitted yet?

I had never heard of Micheldever tyres. Cheers Mort. Will see what price they can offer for the future.
Not yet. I decided it would be best to get a professional to fit them. I looked into fitting them myself. Frog found me this link

It scared the crap out of me. Quite frankly I am not equipt for the job myself so I have my TJ booked into my local 4x4 specialist for the 6th Nov to have the work done.
I cant afford to mess it up and ruin 2 axles as its my every day Vehicle. I do plan to get better aquanted with the procedure though as I am going to go to 4.56:1 in my offroader TJ 97. And hopefully with Frogs help (If he's viewing I may get a few nasty comments for ropping him in on this) Do the install ourselves. The advantage with the offroader is I dont need it everyday. I can take the axles off and put on a work bench. Take my time and get everything spot on to the book. If it take a month then so be it. And then if I completely make a hash of it and Frog cant sort my mess out, will take the axles to Surrey Offroad to sort out. They were great by the way and had they been closer so I could have got home would have paid them to install the R&P's.
Frog posts here as Warthog by the way.
Many thanks for your kindness again. Very generous and helpfull.
Cheers

I will let you know how she drives once its all done.
Mort:
Yes, Surrey Off-Road do very good work - I'm pleased with my 4.11s and lockers.
I tend to buy all my tyres from Micheldever - they seem to have very good prices, and they offer excellent service too - a bit of a drive for me, but worth it!
isle of man:
you live and learn it's 34"1/4
that's on a 10"rim

Asylum:
Thanks for that Peter.
It doesnt seem to be such a large diference as was made out to me. Discribing a 35 as a large 33 is not really correct in my opinion after seeing your pic.
How would you rate the boggers in comparison to simex?
:D
