Lock up garage to rent how much should I charge?

I have checked the deeds rental is fine but not motor trade or business to operate from it.
I did have my caravan out side it for 12 months and no one could stop me I chacked first.

£10 per week would be the rate for that, not saying you cannot get more but at the end of the day its just a single garage.
just be very very wary of who you let it to!
some people take the p@/s and for a tenner a week they are not worth the agro.
make sure they dont use it for dumping hazadous waste and then disapear!
