1.5" lift
blackbeltbob:
thought about the BFG MT's but went for a cheaper tyre incase I needed to replace them often, however have not seen anyone else use Hankooks so may find it hard in the future to find replacements
bombx3:
kankooks are good used them for two years now £45 each,on sunday took them when simexs failed ,proberly the driver but who cares

Rock/Tree sliders without a doubt, got mine from Paddocks, the galv+black powder coated ones and they are excellent, invaluable in my experience.
Steve ray:
running 1.5" lift on my 90 + 255/85x16 BFG MTs - she just drives up Stanage Edge - no worries! 8) :D
don't get stuck very often (and I've still got the flimsey LR steps on both slides) - have to hammer one back into position now and again, but hey ... that's life. So sliders are down on the list.

Been up and down stanage, chapel gate and all the other derbyshire lanes in my 90 running standard suspension with anti-roll bars still fitted using 265/75 BFG MT's (equiv rolling radius to standard 235's) so i'd rank sliders higher than suspension mods. Either do the works and go the whole hog on somthing like suspension, or leave well alone IMHO. :)
