brake info

hi just got a series 3 1978 and when i brake hard the osr wheel locks up any ideas please as would like to sort it asap.

Checked the adjustment and wear on the shoes?

not the adjustment think have wrong wheel cilinder fitted on has 1 stamped on it the other has 1 1/2 stamped on it whitch is also the one that locks up
