Horness:
Hi John - sounds nasty, at least you got off "lightly", next time I bet you'll be wearing your harness.

Not been in a roll, but have fractured my ribs doing Muay Thai (Thai Boxing) when I was younger.  It's like having a knife permanently in your side, which takes you to the floor when it decides to remind you of your stupidity.

Oh yeah - I am at work.  "Group ICT Manager" means I get to drop in and out of my favourite forums, without it appearing on the web logs.

Get well soon mate.

paul_humphreys:
I am at work, I work from home!!

But glad you both are ok. Bet it teaches you to put it on every time now.

rollazuki:
Good fun busted ribs eh!!!!

Weird, both Bulli and myself have suffered the same fate, couple of broken ribs, both while practising Muay Thai.

I guess it should have a safety warning.

More importantly, how the truck...

Evilgoat:
Did it with a mates ford ranger. Sat there upside down for a good few minutes, laughing and trying to work out how to get out of the belts without injuring ourselves on the glass etc. Hit black ise at speed on a road in Canda, just went into the median and keeled over.
