True mate . . . it's use it or loose it.

A bit of gentle persuasion may be all that is required.

Mine was stuck solid when I first got the motor, a good spraying with WD and a good bit of waggling and persuasion and all was sorted.

ours was stiff too... didnt need the wd40, just a good bit of force for a while to move it... its still a bit stiff but its ok. jumps out of low range though sometimes

more than likely :) ours jumped out on a hill descent not long ago  :shock:

And don't they go with a clonk when you panic and jam the thing back in gear  :lol:


Keep hold of the stick for a few seconds when you first engage low and pull off . . . that usually helps make sure it's properly engaged  :wink:
