Oil cooler (well heat exchanger) comes built into the Rad.

Very easy... as long as the oil cooler pipes come undone  , they have a habit of seizing, so when you undo them the pipe gets twisted.

To change the rad:

Remove the viscous Fan

Remove the water hose off the water pump - easier to do this end (the one that goes to the bottom of the rad) - point pipe downwards and catch the coolant in a bucket etc.  (remember to remove header tank cap)

Then remove the top hose from the top of the rad.

Remove the fan cowl.

The disconnect the two oil cooler pipes - you will get some oil loss, so have a bucket underneath - tuck them out of the way.

Undo the radiator top mounts - and then you could be able to lift the whole radiator assembly out.

Refitting is just a reversal of the process   ...

But make sure you bleed the cooling circuit properly and check your oil level.

Cheapest place probaly: http://www.mps4x4store.co.uk

Although http://www.mm-4x4.com  are they same price - your after part number: NTC6168
