New child seat laws

Unless you have the airbag disarmed, or your vehicle doesn't have one(subject to the particular type of seat you have).

According to the book that came with the booster seat I had to buy to take my grandson in my car you cannot fit it in the front seat even if the airbag is disabled.
Must be in a forward faceing rear seat with a 3 piont seat belt.

According to LRO this month children under 4 foot 5 cannot travel in the side facing seats any more. Also in response to the 2 boosters and a child seat....... no it states that one of the exemptions is if 2 boosters are already being used precluding the use of a third seat........ so a third child could be transported without the use of a booster or child seat if there are already 2 other child seats or boosters in use.
