GRRRRRR bloody Renault drivers!**UPDATE**

well wife went out the house at 10 :43.. at 10:45 I had a phone call telling me to come NOW.. turned up to where she said, and found that as she had stopped at a crossing, a Renault Scenic DIDNT (he was looking at the radio!!) end result is this:-



looking at it , hes managed to push the boot floor in and up - so i think its going to be written off!
Just had to take the wife up the hospital to be checked out as she couldnt move her neck and her lower back is in spasms.. so looks like i am in for a fun day -NOT!
one good thing - the front of his 53 [plate scenic looks like it came off worse - rad gone, steering pump gome, bonnet - 1 wing and both headlights gone too..

again its a cliche but cars can be replaced people cant yes I know its anoying yes I know it shouldnt of happened in the first place but hope SWMBO is ok

cheers , still waiting for a phone call from her , as i had to leave her at hospital as we had no one to look after our 3 kids..luckily hospital is about 4 minutes from me!
just made me angry that the [ed: naughty] wasnt even looking at the road, and he had 2 3 year olds in the car with him.. :evil:
some people dont deserve a licence,.!!!!

They might not be any help but get as much to cover your backs as you can in case you take it further.

no i dont think they were called- he admitted fault, plus the fact it was nose to tail smash on a crossing makes it kind of cut and dried,, best part is he lives about 100 yards from us!!!
