might be worth checking the turbo,,,,,,sounds similar to a mates problem he had,,although it was on a volvo truck but it did turn out that oil was seeping into his turbo on over run ..just a quick puff of blue smoke similar to your problem

not turbo.... its a new un  :wink:

afink they grey smoke is overfuel

but 2bh its nuffink only a wee bit but its annoying... but nuffing perfect engine mint tho starts up fron cold with no heat ...take only half a turn if that and fires up so not particuarly bothered as it runs good mite leave it as is
