Unknown vibration

When i accelerate i can feel a vibration through the whole car, i also occasionally get a clunk, the vibration feels like a UJ on a propshaft but it doesn't vibrate when the vehicle is rolling without any throttle. I have tried to move the propshafts with my hand and can't feel any olay in the UJ's. Does anyone have any ideas on what the problem is?

Keep me informed as this is the same thing I have with my Disco and everyone thinks its the prop shaft so far.  My clunk feels like its from the steering but apart from the box needing an overhaul sometime its all OK.

Have you tried to let the veh go in neutral as well at speed to see if the vibration is still there?

UJ wear will always cause more vibration under load.

When you check for UJ play, is it with the vehicle on the ground? You should check for wear with the shafts in their 'as used' angle.
