Those beauts look far too good to be used in a film like that!

Returning to my opening suggestion (& the film in question)

How about;
The '49 Mercury 'lead-sled used by The Pharoahs? (later owned by Brian Setzer)

Or;
The 78 FireBird in 'Hooper', & the climactic scene at the end
Where Reynolds & Jan-MIcheal Vincent jump over the gorge?

Range Rover Blues:

--- Quote from: "Bush Tucker Man" ---Pasted & Copied (bold type  is my addition :wink: )

If you are an aficionado of Sixties TV or remember it as more than just a summer of love, then the opening scene of the cult TV series ‘The Prisoner’ with Patrick McGoohan speeding through deserted London streets in his iconic Lotus Seven is firmly fixed in the mind. The Seven was chosen to fit the personality of the character as something out of the ordinary and individual that would make him stand out from the crowd; quick, agile and independent, it was a statement of freewill. And so it has remained over the 45 years of the car’s production: a unique and personal driving experience that is now set to become even better.

Caterham took over production from Lotus in 1973[/i]

Isn't it on a 'C' plate as well by the look of it??

Apparenlty MgHoohan went to Lotus himself for the car, IIRC it was featured in Dangerman? the forunner to the prisoner, don't know as I've never seen it, but anyway, Lotus offered him the Europa, or was it the thing they had in the Avangers? anyway, He saw the 7 and decided that was the car so he bought it.

Range Rover Blues:

--- Quote from: "Jake" ---There was an English film shot in the 1970's which featured a chase scene comprising of a a white 2 door Range Rover with blacked out windows chasing and generally terrorising another car (possibly a Jaguar), chasing it around the countryside, smashing through green houses and driving through rivers.
My Dad had a 2 door Rangie at the time.
I thought it was the coolest car ever!
(i dont know the name of the film but it's probebly a stinker)
Thus began my love affair with the green oval.

Film version of Callum, starring Edward Woodward.  Spin off from a TV series I think.
