Indicators - seasonal failure?

Is it just me or is it National Don't Indicate Week?

I skidded yesterday avoiding a woman who took the left lane at the roundabout, didn't indicate, then turned right, across me.  She must have been oblivious to why I hooted her, as she didn't indicate at the next roundabout either.

Apart from that it seems to be an epidemic round here.  Has the summer heat melted everybody's bulbs?
