 i have just been reading Jakes post about the air con and gords reply about his doing the same and he replaced the radiator so i will try that first

does sound like the rad is blocked, or the fins are full of mud, all the cooling fins on mine fell out, that caused a similar fault. alan....

i have just washed the rad out before the run as i thought it was that too.
