does anyone know if a light bar off a RRC will fit straight on to a 200tdi disco

Depends on where it goes.
If it routes around the front of the screen the yes.
If it goes over the top then no.
The Disco roof is higher that a Rangie
Got a picture of it fitted to the Range Rover?

goes above the screen and bolts into the roof gutters

yes that will fit as is comes forward of the roof and windscreen
