I'VE FIXED MINE!!!! :D :(biggrin):
I tried everything i've been told yesterday and nothing worked. I eventually took the top off the lever housing and found the lever moved further and engaged the diff-lock. It seems it was actually caused by cumulative play in the linkage (every joint seemed okay, but together it must have been enough for the lever to be unable to push the diff-lock in). What I did in the end is file the hole in the guide plate larger and the lever now moves far enough to overcome the play in the linkage (I didn't have time to sort the linkage as I needed it working for laning today). :D
I'm very glad i fixed it as I ad no problems all day where a disco failed to get up.

When I had the 50th, I had to do mine as well, as the entire turret had galvanitic corrosion & siezed solid.
Cost at the time?
£5.00 (turret), fuel to Halifax (& back), Copper-Grease & my time.
Say, £10.00 in total?
