I noticed that we have a section on the forum for good services, but would it not serve us well to have a section for bad experiences with garages?  Not name calling or owt, just a plce where an individual can air his grievance about said place??

The decision to not have a complaints section was taken as it could potentially leave the owners of the site liable to legal action.

My personal view (am not trying to cause an argument) is that even though this is in print it could just be classed as word of mouth, therefore there would be no liable people.  Also sure when you join mud club there is a disclaimer and a passage that talks about the views in this forum not being those of mud club but of the individuals who use them?

So anything on here that you say about xyz racing being poo is classed as slander.
