Its a warfdale as far as i know, but then most cheap boxes are the same inside!

Have you considered a ariel upgrade, it might be that thats causing the problem. Any other channels missing.?

Its not our house so thats not really an option (rented). No other channels missing as far as i know, however some are really bad but most are good.

Our transmitter is stuuon coldfield according to the "box"
