Anti Roll Bars

(1/1)

smo:
I discovered the other day, on a little jaunt, that my anti-roll bars are massivley restricting the articulation on my 90  - what are the good and bad points to removing them, as i want more articulation but am not prepared to massively sacrifice my road handling.

Porny:
take them off....

drive it....

and if you don't like the increased body roll, put them back on.

Whether you have anti roll bars or not is more of a personal choice.

And before anyone starts mentioning MOT's... it will not fail an MOT if the antiroll bars are removed.

mmgemini:
As Porney says.
Take the things off.

I don't have any fitted to my 110 Station wagon.

extreme90:

Well they certainly massively restrict articulation, so they must do something for stability.

I shall whip them off and have a play, back one looks easy, front one less so but t doesnt help it was caked in mud when i went looking for the mounts!!
