it,s easy to blank the egr off but did u lift the waste gate? useing 2mm washers? have you turned the diesle injection pump half yurn?
when did u last renew your glow plugs?
when did u last do a service? ex. oil air filter g/box oil?
have you changed your brakes latley?
if your still syuck try the pajero web site

- diesel pump has been set professionaly to suit engine

- nothing to do with it but 4 months ago - injectors may be more relevant but these were changed at the same time

- engine was changed 2 months ago with all filter elements and lubes changed.

- yep, no problems there, car rolls freely

Wasn't really a question - just a post to illustrate what happens when the EGR valve sticks open. :wink:
