There is a great site, where you can get some of the latest phones, on just about any contract with double minute/text bundles usually, with line rental refunded via cashback....all for free!!

Its great, i got my phone from there, on O2 200 with double mins and texts, and cashback on the linerental - costs me £30+extra calls a month, and i get £30 back, but because of the free mins it costs me about £2 a month...not bad :D
