I added whilst posting on 'T&T' a question about another type of stringed instrument, that I don't think I can justify £1900 to SWMBO on a guitar, especially as I hadn't even picked one up in 20years until that Gretsch
However, if I could play like this man I'd find a way of justifying spending it :lol:

Out of curiosity
I've just been pricing up the Gretsch 6120SSLVO I mentioned above, as that's the signature model I'd like.
In the US it's $4,400, which equates to UK £2,362, plus all the import duties, distributors cut, shop mark-up, VAT, etc... :shock: ........
I don't think I'll dare ask the 'bottom line' price for it
