side panels
locknut:
I'd like to take out my rear side windows and replace with a panel, is it easy to do or is it a specialists job ( def 90)
Porny:
Why not just buy a set of van sided panels without the window cut outs??
Would need painting the same colour, but an easy swop - esp. if there is two of you.
By yourself it's a bit of a pain to get the roof off.
Is yours a proper CSW???

Replace the panels as a whole (ie. don't take the glass from the panel). swap for van side panels. It's an easy enough job for two people, it's just nuts and bolts.

any idea how much and best supplier
defenderdan:
Try an advert in the wanted section of the forum there will be plenty knocking around or alternatively look in the back of a landy magazine for a breaker. I would guess that a breaker might want £200 for them but you should be able to get them for half that privately. If your motor is a genuine county then your side panels will be worth more than the van sides that you want, especially if you have the interior trim to go with them. :)
