Bush Tucker Man:

--- Quote from: "RR Paul" ---
Street machine magazine,
Is it still going?
--- End quote ---

It is, but it's not the same. Last time I looked at it, it was more like 'Max-Power' (any relation to Austin??? :D )

There's still plenty of nice motors out there, be they American or British.

Try 'Classic American', that's still got some decent vehicles in.

RR Paul:
I used to get street machine or custom car in the mid 80's.
How times change :cry:

Bush Tucker Man:
Try some of these links Paul, there's loads of nice Hot-Rods here (UK & the States)

If you can (& you haven't seen it) try to get hold of a copy (available on DVD now, I think) 'American Graffiti'.
A superb film from the opening sequence to the end credits

Spot such future stars as;
Harrison Ford
Richard Dreyfuss
Ron Howard
Charles Martin Smith

And the best DJ ever (apart from Johnnie Walker) 'Wolfman Jack'

It also featured 2 of the coolest film cars ever

Bush Tucker Man:
This guy might not be to your taste musically, but he did a lot of car songs (covered, or wrote) such as;
'Get Out Of Denver'
Dear Dad'
'Crawling From The Wreckage'

He's the guy who played that phenomenal (7minute?) guitar solo on the early '70's single by Love Sculpture; 'Sabre Dance'
Plus he's a damn fine producer for other artists
