Well, it's not bloody true!!!
It struck this morning, our building; I was standing by the window, talking to my boss, the storm was raging right over head; when suddenly CRACK!!!! a big blue flash, right between the two of us, about 6 inches away from where I stood; she jumped one way, I jumped the other!!
Not sure if I got a minor jolt off it, or if it was just adrenalin, but my heart raced for a minute, anyway, we breathed sighs of relief, said how lucky we were that it had struck betwen the two of us, carried on talking, when CRACK!!!! AGAIN, in exactly the same spot!!
Our phones were disabled by the strikes, but I'm glad to say that was all...
