snorkel for 90 with roll cage

I've got an external cage on the 90.  I did have a mantex snorkel fitted to the bar that runs up the side of the windscreen.  It's hardly the ideal sollution as the thing keeps getting pulled off :-(

Well on the way to work yesterday it got pulled off again but this time it broke the flexi tube section. I spoke to mantec who wnat just short of £50 for a piece of 30cm tube!     I can get an entire snorkel from paddocks for £60 + vat!

OK so my options here, get some flexi tube - looks like the best thing I've found is £100 for 10 metres, I don't think I can buy shorter lengths, so that's a bit of overkill unless someone wants a spare 9 metres.

So what can I do?  Does anyone know where I can get a 30cm section of 80-85mm id rubber tube for realistic money?  Or is there a better sollution for landies with cages?

Not particularly cheap, but you could buy some of that posy motorsport silicon hose.  Bit of overkill but would do the trick.  I reckon it would cost in the region of £25-£30 but should last forever.

Allisport can get it - or may even stock it.

Do you mean like samco hose?  I looked that up £65 for a metre :-(

Oh damn and blast!

How about http://www.demon-tweeks.co.uk/products/ProductDetail.asp?cls=MSPORT&pcode=SFSSFD25-1 looks to be available in the size you need and not stupidly expensive.

Ian used that stuff under his bonnet... It's probabyl a bit thin for outside but I'll double check :)
