Td5..... Jumped Out Of High Range! Twice
SteveG:
usually this is a symptom of lack of use or wrong adjustment, but probably lack of use in this case. When you are putting it back into high it's not properly engaging and as soon as you put some heavy torque through it, it pops out.
With the wheels moving at a few mph, slip auto into neutral and then put it in to low or high. Keep using it like this for the first couples of weeks and the linkage will loosen up so that it's fine.
Cheers
Steve

I always have trouble getting my hi / low box in and have to do it whilst on the move (1mph) and then it goes in lovely. If I am stationary it doesnt like it.
I have never had it jump out though.

They All Do That!!!!
Thats Fine, And I Am Sure If I'd Have Rolled It It'd Have Been Fine.....

Eh? You would have rolled it because it came out of gear? :?
