Tire Pressures
Manicminer:
I would go with what's recommended in the book

I'm just wondering as I'm pretty sure they are not the standard LR Size (235/85R16) I'm pretty sure most of the 110s I see have smaller ones on.
Edge:
235/85/16r..........30psi front and rear :D . (32psi max).

TYRE !!!
I run 30 psi all round. The ride is too hard if you go by the book.
Range Rover Blues:
235/85r16=750x16 doesn't it? so they are the right size for a 110.
A Range Rover should be 28front and 35back, thing is they are heavier empty and llighter when full, if you don't intend carrying much then drop the rear to about 30 (you can do this on the Rangie too according to the handbook).
So I'd say about 28 and 30/32 when it's empty
