You can transfer money as soon as it is paid but it takes about 5 days to get to your bank account :wink:

Have to agree wi blackbob....... I would only accept cash. I seem to think that if you take a cheque then he can possibly claim it back up to 6 months down the line, same with paypal and also a direct wire transfer I think. Did you have any other bidders? Reason I ask is I would be tempted to offer it to the next highest bidder as this definately sounds dodgey to me.

if cash goes walkies then see what happens.. Oh well see whether cash gets paid in.
BTW does anyone know the exchange rate at the mo (dollars to Pounds)
