Just reading through this, and thinking about a problem a friend is having blowing front diff bearings. She has a 90 TD which has had a 200TDI engine fitted. Recently had a new prop fitted, and since then has gone through several diffs (Pinion Bearing gone each time) If the Props are different is it possible that the wrong prop has been fitted, and is causing problems. BTW the vehicle has a 2" lift.
