Help with dash in Disco 300

Disco Bristol:
I'm working on it right now. How do I remove the large black central control panel that is set in to the dash? I am talking about the one that houses the radio, air vents, ashtray, cup holders etc. I need to get behind it to check wiring. But I don’t want to remove the whole dash. Is this pos?

I have removed the cup holder and undone the 3 screws behind it. The Haynes manual is a little complicated at this stage.

Please please help.
