repair body panels!

I have been advised to repair the rear wheel arch of my Series 1,  5 Door (1992) for the next MOT. Does anyone know where I can get a replacement arch?  I know I could plate it but before I start grinding and find that there is no good metal to weld to, I think it would be wise to replace the whole arch.  Also I think the boot floor needs doing too!  I would like to know if there are any cheap options out there!

After all this is a budget veh!
