I found the noise!!!!

Might be the pumping is the brake cylinders expanding due to the adjustment being out, do the shoes first, adjust up and take it for a road test

right...ordered me bits needed from the Haynes book of lies. Plus I asked the chappy at the dealers too.

Now...since I have freewheelers on me axles do I need to doo anything special when removing them?
