hi mate i had 235s by 15 on mine the only mods i had to do was to cut the round bar behind the front bumper i cut it back to where it joins the chassis this is a common mod for the zuki to fit bigger tyres i did have a 2"shackle lift on aswell though but i had no issues with arch clearance at all i actually got excellent articulation and they stick out the sides brilliant and look really meaty i hope this helps nick :D  :)  :D

I've got 235/75/15's on mine but have done a fair bit of hacking and chopping just to avoid having a 2" shackle lift. Got a small shackle lift now, 1/2" maybe, just to give a bit more clearance. My old 410 had a small shackle lift with the same tires on, litterally, and they caught the arches quite badly but i found it ground the rust off nicely  :D

The biggest issue i found was clearing the springs when turning. Hence why we reversed the wheel centres. But following the little episode of one falling apart, my new wheel spacers arrived this morning! :D
My Mum lied..............it hasn't dropped off.
