Sorry - its a load of old cobblers.

Has been floating round the ether for a few months now, along with the "ether perfume" chain letter.

If it's got "This is not a joke" on it, that usually translates to "Boswellox, its a chain letter"

However THIS is a little more scary

strapping young lad:
dont think its clever putting those kind of notices about with people with no lights on

be interesting to see if the car it came up to was a copper!

Wanderer:
The worry with these hoaxes is that some thug picks up on them and they start really doing it.
It has it's origins in the States from quite a few years back.
I had one supposedly from the London Ambulance Service.

this was being circulated around our business by the HR dept .  

i have asked them to contact the police to check its validity - strangely no answers as yet!
