why do people do it

I saw some pikies come out of an off-licence a couple of years back when I was in the Landy. They asked how much I wanted for it, I said "more than you can afford". As I drove off one of them punched the side, made a really loud bang. Got quite scared as the off-licence is about 5 doors from my house, we don't have any off street parking at all.

well if he is they will have a field day they have dug it out no more than 100mm, considering the recomended amount of type one is 100mm (we always put down 150mm on drive ways to be on the safe side)and then 50mm of sand + the block its self is 60 mm that is an absolute minimum depth of 210mm to be dug out, i wonder if he will come and ask me why i think is drive has sunk, (i hope he does)

Wiree off the starter solenoid to a very loud siren unit, availble from maplins. For best effect tie it into the headlights too.
Nothing like a car going 'LOOK I'M BEING STOLEN' to send em running for cover. Specially if they've already got in and assumed no alarm :)
