Ally checker plate?

is there anywhere around the west yorkshire area that supplies 4 or 5mm thick sheets of ally tread plate need to custom build a few things for the zuk, just thought someone might have purchased a few sheets before.

if i cant source any ally plate i'll use 3mm steel sheet

Most fabricating engineers should be able to supply you. Yellow pages would be your best bet.

check about for prices my supplier has raised the price 20 times in the last 12 months a sheet of 2mm thick now costs over £100 whereas it used to be around £40 a year ago
