A hole!

It took a good hard smack with a chisel to make that hole!  Everything around it is solid, I smacked it all hard.  I don't want to have all the front off to weld/repair/clean, then put it all back together again, only for it to fail its MoT on a 5mm hole.

What I'll probably do is make the hole artificially larger (drill) and plate it.

oops sorry mate posted in rush last nite changed me mind now now ive taken my time and had a good look at it looks like a bead of underseal sorry  :oops:

Phew!  Had me panicking for a minute there.  Even when you know damn well there isn't a split, if someone tells you there is, you spend all night looking for it.   :oops:
