Just recently had a rather nice Defender 90 tdi traded in at the Land Rover dealership where I work.

It was owned from new buy a very famous Writer/comedian.

Used mainly on his estate to tow the 'gang' mowers!

The spec's are:-

1998 'R' reg Defender 300 tdi soft top.
Green.
NAS spec hood.
Roll over bar.
Two piece doors with lift up handles (same as a Wolf)
factory fitted 240v inverter system (including seperate generator)
Leather front seats.
Factory fit rear PTO.
XD9000i winch (hardly used)
Black chequer plating.
Colour coded Heavy steel wheels.
Mich 205/16 XCL tyres.
Swing aside lower tailgate.

But the best bit is it has only covered....................5500 miles from new :!:
Yes just 5500 miles only  :o

It has been serviced every year from new, I've worked on it and its perfect. Drives like new.

The price....................... £11995

Believe me if wasn't emigrating in a few months I would have bought it.

Thats a bit pricey considering its only a year newer than my baby.
