Defender air filter onto a series 3

How difficult is it to fit a defender air filter onto a series 3 to replace the oil bath filter?
I have a filter (as seen in the picture below).
Has anyone else done this?
Got any pictures and advice to give or is it a pretty straight forward swap over?

Any advice please.
