bilge rat:
got a strange type noise from front end ,when i pull away get a loud click , then doesnt do it again till i stop or reverse, checked c.v's. found one with no oil , re gresed one shot stuff, greased prop checked u.j's,tightened front radious arm bolts . no different , any ideas ?. wondered maybee transfer box fault or output shaft gear prob?. cheers alan.....

dave_2A_2.25Turbo:
Try the brake pads. If they're a loose fit they can sometimes move within the caliper with the movement of the wheel (you move forward, they move to the front - click, you reverse & they move to the rear - click)

bilge rat:
did think of that but its more of a torque thing, iff you pull away slowly it wont do it but iff you pull away quick and load the engine up it will, cheers alan........

rollazuki:
Tighten propshaft flange bolts.........

beast5680:
a clicking noise on mine was the front wheel bearing breaking up as it was dry and had no grease
